About the founder
Hi, I’m Anindhitha Ramesh. I started Ember with the vision of creating a safe and compassionate space where people can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and find calm, clarity, and strength in their lives.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the Madras School of Social Work, along with intensive training in SFBT, EFT, ACT, and CBT. Since 2019, I’ve been working as a private practitioner, supporting adults and couples through challenges like anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues.
Alongside my practice, I’ve taught as an Assistant Professor of Psychology, worked as a Research Associate in Dubai, and continue to guide students as an Academic Counsellor at IGNOU. I also conduct workshops and trainings on workplace well-being, therapeutic approaches, and psychometrics—sharing what I’ve learned with both individuals and fellow professionals.
Through both my work and research, I’ve stayed committed to one belief: healing happens best when we feel safe, understood, and supported. At Ember, my goal is to hold that space for you, so you can grow into the fullest version of yourself—gently, and at your own pace.
